TODO: Nix ‘todo’

Well, I said it was sometime this weekend and I was right! I just finished my todo assistant! It’s not ready as a commercial product, by no means (it doesn’t even have a real name, much less logo/icon/etc.), but it is a nice usable piece of software! Yes! It’s nice to finish things. And now I can remove all of these little stickies everywhere.

Next up: archive assistant. I need some way of scanning and storing the structure of my bazillion backup CDs — including lots of important older projects that tend to come back for tiny little updates so it’s really inefficient to have to dredge through a dozen or more CDs just to find the one little file I have to make a spelling correction for!!!! *gasp*
