More pretty snow
Today was another snow day! Fortunately we didn’t have any more ice, but we did get some really pretty powdery snow. It’s still coming down! It was never coming down very fast, but it’s cold enough that what came, came to stay. The temperature dropped big time today, getting down to the single digits by tomorrow morning with a “feel like” wind chill of somewhere in the negative teens. Whoohoo!
I love really cold nights like this, because of our electric blanket. Jen needs no excuse to use it, and will have her side on broil even if it’s 65 degrees outside. But I just get too uncomfortably hot if I have it on during any but the coldest nights. But I love to use it! It’s a wonderful, snug feeling! So, ever since we got the blanket, I’ve always been so eager for the really cold nights. I’m even tempted to crack the window sometimes….
