<description>Just a correction (sorry)... you don't HAVE to have php for MT, but it helps for all the extras, but you DO have to have Perl for the CGI scripts.

I've learned a lot in the past few days :)</description>

					<description>I wish MT had an &quot;edit comments&quot; feature... *L*

But when I said edging my way in, I just meant CSS, I've been doing plain HTML and some javascript for years now. I just never bothered with CSS for some reason. And I found a program called &quot;Top Style&quot; that lets you preview your CSS. You still have to hand code it, but it shows you what it will look like before you have to save it. Saves lots of busy work time. After 15 minutes with CSS, I'll never make another webpage without it... it's just beautiful. So I know a lot of HTML, some CSS, and a little Javascript... now I just have to learn perl and php (I've used them but never coded them) and flash, and I'll be good to go.

In other news, IIS has frustrated me beyond recognition, but with Apache I'm still having the problem of it saying that executing scripts isn't allowed even though I know I told it to, so if I've maybe edited my config file wrond let me know :) I'll keep trying tomorrow, I must be missing something. So if anyone stumbles across my first comments requesting info on MT, disregard the link, it's offline. I had just gotten my style sheet looking like I wanted to before IIS deicded to be a pain in the ass and screwing up ... well basically the functionality of every non-html file on the server. Ech...

Thanks again Dave! I'll let you know whats up with Apache.
