So over it…
Well, I guess being busy is good for several reasons. I haven’t had time to get into a depression cycle about loosing the cabin — so, well, I’m over it! I stayed up fairly late last night looking at the new listings, and got excited about a few of them that I am just completely over the cabin. Pooh on the cabin! I bet that roof would have cost us most of our savings on it anyway.
But I’m going to bed early tonight. Our agent, The Amaaaaazing Judy, it taking us out early tomorrow morning. She is just incredible. If you’re ever looking for a house, definately see if you can go through a buyer’s agent (as opposed to working through a seller’s agent). It’s so nice that they’re devoted to you and not their properties! There’s a couple we’ve got our eye on, and if we see one we’re really excited about, we might even place a bid on it tomorrow. If Judy lets us that is. She’s really big on making sure that we’re sure, which usually means needing a second look. A seller’s agent, of course, wouldn’t care if we weren’t really interested or not. But Judy’s actually looking out for us, which is just incredible.
