more househunting
Well, we just got back from another round of house hunting. Not really interested in any of these. One that we looked at was absolutely gorgeous — but the large room they described in their basement was unfinished, so there was no office. Drat! It even had our agent tricked. If they list the dimensions of a room, it shouldl be finished….
There was another one we really liked, except for one key factor. It was about 100 feet from I-35. Very noisy. I would be so sad living there for seven years and hearing traffic instead of birds as I lay waking up in the morning. As much as I liked the house…I just can’t consider it. It simply will not work.
So we’re in a holding pattern now. Just waiting for something to come up. Sigh….
