LuxFX / They Think They’re Newsworthy

When will this baby come! Jen’s at 6cm now, nearly fully effaced, and …. no baby! Not even her midwife can believe her water hasn’t broken yet. Jen must have the bag-o-steel in there….

But we had a terrific day! We tried to get some Chicago-style hot dogs but the elements were against us. We first went to “Dips-n-dogs” which has great hot dogs, but a water main had broken and they were closing! Then we tried “Custard’s Last Stand” (primary a frozen custard shop) but they had stopped selling hot dogs after their machine had caught fire. But on our way to Custard’s Last Stand we noticed a Caribbean restaurant for the first time, so we wound up there. It was very good! Mmmm!

Then we went over to Lowes and looked at lawn mowers, refrigerators, lights, tools, and paint. Our house is going to be a whole rainbow of colors, that’s for sure! I can’t wait! Then we went to the super Target and looked around at the Home and Garden section and got a few housewares. We found a beautiful bathroom set for the main bathroom of the house — which we’re painting this wonder purple color called “Fancy Pansy.” I can’t wait to show all the pictures after we’ve painted and moved in!
