So did anybody else watch any of the Democratic National Convention? I saw parts, here and there, and it was great. I watched most of Wednesday, and saw most of Kerry’s speech on Friday. Then I downloaded and watched Barack Obama’s speech from Tuesday — which was terrific! The message of optimism is very powerful. Bush and Cheney are just old crusty fear-mongerers.
Mmmm, I am so nice and full right now. Jen fixed the most wonderful steak kabobs! Just…MMMMMM. She has really been outdoing herself lately. Her cooking is just incredible!
Tonight will be great fun too — Erin and I are going out to see M. Night Shyamalan’s new movie, The Village! (Jen volunteered to stay home with Killian) I can’t wait. I am of the opinion that MNS is one of the greatest directors of our time. I’ll probably post my opinion on the movie tomorrow!
