fun server day

Oi. Today was one of those extremely fun days where I got to watch server uptime statistics all day long. Our server has been trying to hold up against a really annoying DOS attack all day — for a little more than 24 hours now, actually. Rrrr….
One of these days I’d love to move to a dedicated server.

    I’m currenty looking at a server at The Planet, which seems to be a great deal on a terrific server. I’ve heard very good things about The Planet too. They’ve got twelve 1Gbps lines coming in from 9 providers, so I certainly feel good about their bandwidth :)
