Of all things…. cod
Another big surprise tonight. I really enjoyed the cod that Jen fixed for dinner tonight! She grilled my filet (grilled is definately the way to go for fish, as far as I’m concerned), and I think her’s and Erin’s was poached, but I don’t remember. If it’s not grilled, don’t even mention fish to me. Yichth.
Anyway. We dipped the fish into melted butter. The recipe was called “poor man’s lobster” and it turned out to be excellent! I actually liked it better than the real lobster I had at Red Lobster a couple of weeks ago! Not bad.
So, I actually like cod. Who knew!?
