LuxFX / They Think They’re Newsworthy

Well, in my quest to learn to like fish, we had some very fresh, very high-quality swordfish steaks tonight. They were good, although I couldn’t detect a very large difference from the salmon. A result of my very narrow range of experience with seafood, I’m sure. But they really were pretty good. I would still never choose fish over beef/pork/chicken/etc. but I know that if it’s grilled I can eat it, at least!

I ended up working today while Jen, Erin, their parents, and Killy went to the Rennassaince Festival. I have way too much work these days! I think I’ll be able to make it next week with Carina.
