Well, it’s back to the grind. Developing webpages? No. Well, some of that. But then there’s the main thing…
battling bloody spam!
It’s insane. Especially the blog comment-spam we’ve been seeing. Jen’s blog especially is getting nailed, because it’s still on the MT system. This WordPress blog is doing much better. But oddly enough, for those that noticed this blog down a couple of days ago, or yesterday, or whenever the hell it was…. It was because a blog spammer somehow found my old deprecated MT files (which I hadn’t deleted for fear of losing stuff during the transfer, and then too lazy to go back and delete them later), and in the act of posting to them overwrote the main file of my existing blog. Plllbbbth. It was down.
Anyway, work today went well. Tomorrow will be fairly busy, but I’m in a holding pattern mostly while I wait for feedback. So I’m off to bed now!
