When I worked at a Baptist girls camp after high school, the director was obsessed with Myers-Brigg, to the point that she drew out a huge grid on the floor and we all went and stood in our &quot;category&quot; so we see the spread across the staff.  The majority of us were in the typical teacher category.  She pointed to this one block, which was empty, and said, &quot;This is where people who are very smart but very strange are.  Sometimes they're very hard to get along with.  We very rarely have any staff in this category.&quot;
