new shows strengthen
I think both of the new shows I’ve been watching, Bones and Supernatural, are strengthening. I’m still not sure enough about the potential of Supernatural to know if it’s a long-term trend or a nice short-term boost, but I’ll ride with it for a while at least. My biggest problem is that I simply don’t care about the main characters! Big problem, I know, but I’m hoping I’ll get over that.
Bones has better potential (really, how creative does a show about murder investigations have to get? I think it’s much harder for creature-of-the-week shows to come up with content). There are a few themes in the show that have a real possibility of getting annoying, but hey. It might work out too.
