Pumpkin Patch and Party
Killy is so cute. We took him out to the pumpkin patch today, wearing his Cowboy halloween costume. He had a little trouble adjusting to his new boots (they’re his first hard-sole shoes), and on top of that he was walking around in a field full of vines — but he had a great time despite the enormous trip-hazard! After we picked out pumpkins we went to a party for some of Jen’s mothering group families, and that was pretty good. Killy had a good time playing with the other kids!
My mom flew in today! She’ll be staying with us through the new baby’s arrival, which is just wonderful! She’s been so excited to see Killy, too. I think she started counting the hours about three weeks ago!
