road to successful beer
It’s been one week since I bottled my first batch. It’s recommended to give at least three, so I’m definately not finished with this batch yet. But I did open one bottle just a few minutes ago to make sure it was doing ok. Well, the bottle hissed like it should when I popped the cap. I poured and voila! The beer had a head! It was carbonated! It’s still pretty sweet (which tasted weird in a beer) but after a couple of weeks I’m thinking it might turn out pretty good….
