Doctor’s verdict: it’s all muscle pain, which is good news! I’m on a prescription anti-inflammatory medicine, and the doc gave me some arthritis pain medication. I’ve kept hot damp towels on it all afternoon, and I’m certainly feeling better! Not great, but better.
